Possible Virus?
Well to start off, my internet has been very awkward for all of today. First off, there would be several times where I try to load the webpage on google chrome/firefox but it states that it's unavailable(on every wifi-based device in my house) and soon after, it's back to working again. Now when the Websites are connected, there will be several occasions where I could click any link of any website, and it'll redirect me to a linkbucks website where I have to wait 5 seconds for the page to load. I soon resetted my router and it temporarily fixed the issues until now when it's just starting back again. What does this really mean?

Please note, this is not limited to only my computer, I tested it on my Playstation Vita, My android device, my dad's laptop, and my Ipad.

Reset the router to factory specs. Then, change the admin password and if it is wifi, the wifi key as well. If it is a router supplied by your ISP, you have the option of calling them and getting them to walk you through the process or you can do it yourself with the help of the manual.

Any one of the devices on your network infected with malware can cause this for all connected machines.

Could be caused by too many cookies, or by having more than one antivirus program.
Take the computer to Staples and have them examine it. When you find out the estimate for fixing it,
decide if you want to pay the amount, or if you want to replace the computer. This second option is often,
or so I find, the best solution.
