Anyone know how to add yahoo homepage and toolbar to Google Chrome, or at east have a reachable phone number or e-mail f

I have tried multiple e-mails and phone numbers each phone number says to write e-mail each e-mail comes back as failure to deliver or non existent. I can not add yahoo home page to google chrome and they keep saying look for wrench in upper right corner to go to settings which there is not a wrench anywhere to be found.

[gotcha]

Go to the three bars at the top right in chrome. Click and select "settings." From there you can change you homepage to Yahoo. Not sure about the toolbar.
