well getting free wifi/internet would be tricky since somebody has to pay for it.. it depends when you do a search for wifi connection are there showing any shops wifi connection, since connection to somebody wifi connection even if its open is a criminal offence, so if you know somebody who lives maybe next door ask them for the wifi password and offer to pay x amount per month. just dont over use the connection..

other than that, get yourself a job and buy your own internet connection
