How can I make money from ghost photos?
I am a spirit photographer, and am very good at it. I have taken photos like I have not seen anyone else get. I suppose it involves a certain amount of sensitivity.
I think they are such good photos that, I could sell them to the right market. There are no orb shots in my collection. My question is: who would pay for great ghost photos or what should I do with them? I also would like to be known for my photographic abilities. Please don't ask to see them before answering because - I don't twitter or tweet and my face isn't in a book. Just have to trust me, they are great photos. I have really good mist photos. Also have actual figures. And strange lights. Ads |

E-bay. Or a photo shop to a store near you.

Try a local gallery. That would be a good way to start. My mothers ex-boyfriend used to make really nice water color painting. He took his stuff to a gallery/art show, and actually managed to sell a few.

I would see if there were any local paranormal groups, either on the internet or around town. They would be the most likely people to know if ghost photos have any value and to whom they might be sold.

Upload on a video sharing website or to a channel. Perhaps someone will notice your work and pay for it

I hope you saved the negatives. No one will believe your photos are real unless you have physical negative to back it up. This means that your photos are pretty much worthless if you've been using a digital camera. Generally speaking, the paranormal research community does not recognize photographs taken with any kind of digital equipment. It's just too easy to manipulate digital images. I could open Photoshop right now and add a "ghost" to any random photo in about 5 minutes. So, in order to be taken seriously, you must use a traditional film camera and you must keep the negatives.
If you have the negatives, you could make some nice presentation prints and start selling them to collectors. You will have to include a copy of the negative in order to make the photo authentic. Even then, there has been some skepticism about the authenticity of some more well-known ghost photos. It will be really hard to make a living as a spirit photographer. I'd probably just keep doing it as a hobby. |
