3DS Internet connection test failed?

I can connect to the internet just fine. But when I try to do a connection test,they said it failed and gave me error code 003-2102. I tried searching up the nintendo website,moving closer to the router and most of the suggestions people said.I even tried push button option.(Still failed). This connection problem only happened when my family switched from SingTel to Starhub.(I didn't download anything from the eShop before I switched) Currently im using a DLink router (WPA2-PSK) (AES).When i try to search for an access point,im able to find my network and properly connect to it. But right after that,the connection test fails.Im not sure if this is also related but at the main menu of my 3DS,it says i have internet connection. But when i enter system settings and eShop,the internet connection just goes away and all it says is "enabled"(top left corner)Also,another problem,how do I enter a WPA2 key into my 3ds?

You can try resetting your router and then to answer the other question you should be able to do a manual setup by going to the internet settings, connection settings, new connection, manual setup, then tap the black setup key and it should come up with a prompt to enter the network name and passkey.
