I know Facebook is about to launch an IPO and be on the stock market soon, which means they will get billions and billions of pure cash to play with.... Will Facebook become the internet?? Ads |

I don't know. That's a scary thought. I just deleted my Facebook recently so I hope not. I don't think so though. Facebook could be synonymous to email. You don't need email to surf the web. All you need is a browser. So even though Facebook is becoming ever more ubiquitous at an astonishing rate, I do not think Facebook will overtake the whole Internet. At least I hope not.
