How do I send my paypal information through eBay?

I want to get my money back for an item but every time I send. My email to the guy to put the money back on my card it says it can't be sent because of protection purposes what do I do or send to get my money back

Call PayPal phone support, explain the problem and what it's saying and let them walk you through resolving it.. Why do people not contact the company they're having issues with but indirectly ask it on an Answers board which may or may not resolve their issue???

Go there, login, once logged in goto the bottom of the page and click contact us, on the next page click the phone icon on the right hand part of the screen.... It will give you a number and onetime passcode to get to support. Talk to them and get your issue ironed out!

If you paid the person via paypal they will be able to simply refund you to that same account. Thye will not be able to refund your money to any other account except the one you paid with for security reasons.
Also they usually will not give you your money back until they recieve the item back or you give them evidence of how it is not adequate etc
Ebay will not let you send your personal data as it would allow the person at the other end to do whatever they like with your paypal possibly draining it empty
