Error App Not Setup? What does this mean?

I want to log into this website with the Connect button to post on the forums but it doesn't work

The popup says "Error
App Not Setup: The developers of this app have not set up this app properly for Facebook Login."

This happened after my computer got fixed and switched from Windows XP to Windows 7. I'm using Chrome, also tried with IE8 but it doesn't show the Connect button.

Don't worry dear, i think it is some technical problem.
So just wait some time and then try again.
And if not success then for your solution just go to in help option and write all of thing to Facebook.
Hope you will get better result.
