I have a guy friend..he's my best guy friend but im not sure if im his best girl friend...

anyway...over the past 2.5 years of knowing him I have fallen in love with him! Im not in this "lust" people get...it's really love, Im sure! We're both 17 and single! I think he likes me back...he gets jealous if I talk to/talk about other guys...he's shy btw....he's asked me if I love him (via text)....I said no..but was biggest mistake! I regret it so much!! he compliments me on perfume, hair, clothes, laugh...he said he loves my laugh! and loves it when I curl my hair! (I secretly do it for him!). last time we saw each other was December!
One of his friends asked me out b4 in front of him and he acted jealous/sad...
He's kissed me on the cheeks only once though...when we hug it's a proper hug! Tight and a loooong one!! I love his hugs so much! they're the best!! <3
So we are planning to see each in the next week or so and I really want to tell him how I feel about him! but not sure how?
I was thinking about saying "do you ever think about us being more than friends?" do u think that's a good start?

He's shy btw!!

Im going to tell him somehow tomorrow..through text or FB! It's the only way! Im way too shy to say it in person! :/

Hmm are you guys by any chance 17 and shy? because i'm not sure, it wasn't clear to me.... that sounds like a good opening line and plus it's better to get things out of the way. Seems like he MIGHT 'like' or 'love' you back so i'd say go for it darling
