Is this a good starter pc?
I want to build a pc and want to know if this is a good budget build. I am going to upgrade it in the future.

HDD-Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB

PSU-Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS

Motherboard-MSI A55M-P33 FM1 AMD A55 Micro ATX AMD

APU-AMD A6-5400K APU 3.6Ghz Processor AD540KOKHJBOX

Ram-Kingston Hyper X Blu 4 GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9

Case-Rosewill Dual Fans ATX Mid Tower Computer Case FB-03
My budget is around 250. I know its low but its all I can do.

You are not going to be able to build a powerful rig for youd budget. My suggestion would be to save your money and build a PC that will play any game that is out as well as games in the future without needing to upgrade for a few years . This can be done for about $700 if you know what to look for and where to buy. If you jump the gun now you will be disappointed when you realize you can't play most games or play them at the highest settings with no lag. For instance, you can buy an AMD motherboard and 8core processor combo for about 300. Then get 8gb of ram and a 2gb gpu for another 300. All youll need is a $40 case and a decent power supply and cooling system (especially if you want to over clock) for another $150. Take the rest of the parts out of a donor computer that you can get free from Craigslist and youll be able to play anything at the highest settings for a while. My rig cost me $868 all together and beats the hell out of my friends $1500 gaming computer.

250 is nothing.

first when you upgrade you will need to change :
1-motherboard
2-psu
3-cpu
4- and add a gpu

which mean you would pay for everything again except the case ( if your case is big enough ), ram and hdd. because u can add another hdd, and you can add another ram. also don't forget the operating system which would cost 100$-200$ so i would say try to save more money if you could at least save 800$ then u will build a really good build and max bf4.
