Google chrome install problem?

the window that flashes up is actually the chrome installation dialog. i captured it by running camstudio.

basically, you need to disable ctfmon.exe

i followed what ktbaxter said - start from step 3:
regsvr32.exe /u msimtf.dll
regsvr32.exe /u msctf.dll

after reboot, chrome is running

I fixed the problem using ewyso's suggestions. Now it's working fine.

Looks like some permission issue. Make sure "C:\program files\google" folder got full permission. Delete content of folder after uninstalling all google product. Now try reinstalling.. It worked for me..
