Life is very very tough sometimes.... and there are many people in the world who have it as tough as you and some even tougher.

Believe me when i tell you that the only difference between people who have rough lives and succeed despite that and those who crumble under the pressure is attitude... nothing more nothing less.

Being a teenager doesnt help much either.. it is a time of extreme confusion and hormonal upheaval.

Being EMO is a fashion statement and it will pass, just like all fashion statements do.

Here is what i suggest to you. Dont waste your precious life contemplating suicide, or searching for and wallowing in dark, depressing downer type styles. You need to find yourself. Admitting to being bisexual is strong on your part, and only the beginning of truly becoming YOU.You should be proud of yourself for admitting this, as many adults wait until they are well into their 30'2 and 40's to do it. You show courage. Its not easy, but going through what you are and coming out the other side is going to make you a stronger, deeper, more mature and spiritual human being. No matter how you are you are not going to please everyone, there will always be people who dont like you or disapprove or give you a hard time. Them liking you isnt important, you have to like yourself first.

Forgiving and forgetting what your family does is really hard. I am 56 years old and am just coming to terms with family issues now after the death of my parents. All i can say is dont let it ruin your life, find some way you can function and thrive despite them not being there for you in the way you need them to be. Some people just dont get it, they dont understand how they hurt other people and NEVER will.

Your next step is to take responsibility for your own happiness. How you do this is find things that make you feel happy and DO them every single day!!They can be as simple as watching a comedy movie, or going to a park where very young children are playing, or adopting a stray dog or cat, playing an instrument or doing something creative is soul food too. Next magical step is helping someone else... this truly is MAGICAL in making you feel needed, good about yourself and happy.

And finally about your employment and being Native American. The best revenge is success!!! If you dont listen to anything else i have written then listen to this. The quickest and easiest path to a good job is an education. Go and get one. If you havent got your GED go and get it, if you already have it look online for any possible way you can go to college and there is always a way if you work hard at it. Make use of your heritage in any way you can.

I guarantee you if you do these things you will be happier, more independent and on the path to a good life. Good luck my friend and look at this life as a journey of discovery and wonder, the bad times are just as important as the good times in that journey!! And just for the record crying isnt a bad thing.

you re family will be devastated and you re rethinking it for a reason. life is better than death and there is always a way out of these dark thoughts. you just have to take it one step at a time. please reconsider this as it is not a good way to go and you still have so much time in front of you and so many new doors to open.
