is there a fee you have to pay for a microsoft account?
i have a windows 8 PC but need a Microsoft account to use some of the features and things on the store app.
Before i open a Microsoft account or now called windows live ID account, i want to know if you have to pay any fee for opening a Microsoft account or having one.
