how can i tell if strangers have been viewing my facebook page?
I'm new to facebook so not sure about all the privacy settings and such. Just wondering if there was a way to see who's been viewing me.

Also, what would I need to do so that only my friends can view my page?

You can make it so only your friends see your info, wall and pictures in the privacy settings menu.

As for your other question no it is not possible. I would suggest just not putting anything that you wouldn't want other people to see on there.
