You'll need access to another computer that has internet. I would download the device driver and put it on a flash drive to transfer it to your computer and then install it.

If you can get access to someones computer that can burn DVD's download a Live Distribution of Linux, you can get some very user friendly ones from these sites totally free and legit http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/down...loads=true . All of the above still requires some form of internet access. You can possibly use a phone to get the driver.

p.s. Puppy Linux above is really small, only about 130 megs, but will run really fast. The other two are full featured operating systems, totally legal and legit, and will do just about anything you need them to do for FREE, they will even run alot of Windows programs faster then Windows itself. Also you don't have to install them, you can at least use your computer by running them right off the discs. Good Luck!

First, you need to get a valid copy of the OS instead of stealing it.

I am surprised that Windows didn't find the driver when you put the card in and booted.

If you install the card then in Device Manager, right click on it and choose update driver.
Then you will want to choose to find it manually. The next window will ask you to chose a device, of course choose network card. On the next window, on the left you choose the manufacturer and on the right the model. Now scroll down to Realtek and pick one of the adapters. Please note that Realtek has multiple entries, at least two of them, so be sure to check them all.
