You can't, you have to contact your ISP and ask them to upgrade your speed, it will cost more money.

If its not working correctly to begin with, ask them to fix it.

David is right. Although there are some other solutions.

Close any programs that use the internet in anyway, such as Yahoo Messenger, Windows live, etc.

If you are using wifi try and use a wired connection.

Take a internet speed test and give me the results: http://www.speedtest.net/

When I was on dial-up, I would open several different sites after one loaded, so that when I finished reading or posting at the one I was on, others would have opened.

There are programs that you can download that claim to speed up your connection... My firewall has told me they were virus or other malware when I tried that approach...

Good luck... As others told you, it helps when I close some of the open programs, maybe... If I'm working with a picture editor, while the internet is downloading a page into my browser, it affects the computer response time, rather than the internet...

First increase you computer and then change the plan of the internet connection this way you can increase you internet speed......

Change the plan of your internet connection....
-Close all programs when doing internet like close messanger , torrent....
-Use google chrome web browser.....
