High speed internet connection in Alpharetta, GA ?

I am moving to Alpharetta, GA. I need an internet connection with these specs:

- at least 7mbit+ downstream
- at least 1mbit+ upstream
- no throttling
- ISP equipment supports VOIP and ISP equipment can be set up to use user's own VOIP provider __OR__ ISP equipment can interface with user's VOIP equipment
- wireless interface
