why would my website not open?

hi i have a small business page for tourism.

when trying to get onto my website internet explorer says :
internet explorer cannot display the web page

google chrome :Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to burndale.com

if anyone can help me with this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

the domain name is up to date and does not need renewed.

Maybe the Webhosting is overloaded or down.

On the off chance your browser is cached. Try clearing your cookies and internet history and repeating. If you only recently upload this site. It can take 1- 3 days to be seen globally.
