Which is the best wordpress theme for contextual ads with a good CTR?

Hello People,
This is the first time i am building a WP site and i want to monetize it after adding quality content.
But, i am little confused about the theme, as there are millions of themes out there, but i want to select the best theme that is:
- with a good CTR
- simple
- It shouldn't look like it is just for ads
- quality as i am gonna post unique quality content

Also look at this theme also, i am thinking of buying.

One way to test if a Wordpress theme will perform well, is to run the sample site through a page tester, like http://www.webpagetest.org/, before buying it.

I suggest you run the site you are considering through that testing engine to see if it scores well. The test will test for page speed, page errors and more, all of which aid in the success of a site. It's not a 'crystal ball' but it can help you avoid poorly-designed Wordpress themes.

I suggest you to check some Adsense Wordpress themes. The premium ones have really good design, and they are developed to get much better CTR.
