I cannot get rid of SNAP.DO.com!?
I have google chrome, i have gone to settings;

'On Startup' is on Open New Tab.

'Search' Google, 'Manage Search Engines' Default Google, Other amazon.com, answers.yahoo.com.

Then to Extensions;

All I have is 'Norton Identity Protection.' and that is not even enabled since it has always crashed, I disabled it like half a year ago.

This started happening like a little over a month ago.

use an antimalware tool to get rid of it.
i like to use malwarebytes here is the link

https://store.malwarebytes.org/342/cooki...bytes_free

after removal you may have to change your home page back to what it used to be.

You can try this way to stop sanp.do.com: 1) click Start> control panel>Programs and Features> search for the related program and uninstall it 2) clear the browsing history 3) search for related files on C drive and remove all of them.

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. Did you go to Control Panel > Programs & Features and see whether there is an entry for this? If so, uninstall it.

Then run a scan using the free Norton Power Eraser tool and see if it helps: http://www.Norton.com/npe

Thanks!
