Unfortunatley, you can not do it for free. You would have to buy your own server and then set up an E-mail on that server. (And let me tell you, good quality servers are quite expensive.) You can also get a free trial for a custom E-mail adress at some E-mail providers. Other than that, there is no other way that to buy a domain and buy a custom E-mail adress.
