About blogging:How to brings more visitors?

I have a blog at ecloro.wordpress.com and I Noticed whenever I made a new post I used to get one or two followers only. I also take time to post and my stats and follows comes to a stop and idling .Can you please tell me Why aren't my stats increasing if I am idle (not posting anything)? Also I get time to post only one or twice a month So How should I pick my schedule (How many posts once a month?).Also I don't want to use social media for stats as I am afraid my friends will laugh at me ,So would be Kind enough to tell me how it is?

Best way to get visitors is guest posting, making comments on other blogs, having a unique blog with a theme, and writing high quality content.
