moving to another city for a stranger...?
this is definitely a bad idea. and you will think i'm crazy...
So i met my friend's friend 7 months ago. I almost immediately fell for him. We hung out twice, very briefly. But as my horrible luck would have it, he moved away two weeks later for a job. So i added this guy on fb after he had moved away. we messaged back and forth for a whopping 5 times, with him taking months in between messages to reply me -__- Obviously this guy is not interested in me... but still I cant stop thinking about him. All these times I'm just telling myself, this is a phase, it'll pass. But 7 MONTHS later, here I am.. I feel exactly the same. I'll be graduating very soon and have even been applying to many jobs. All of these jobs are in cities near him. I'm originally from SoCal, and when my classmates, family, and friends ask me why I want to move to the midwest... i just lie. but really, I am moving there because i want to be near him. I know i will never bump into him, things will never work out, etc etc. I have been keeping this in from everyone, because I know if i tell anybody.. even my sister, they will think i'm nuts!! (even i think i am) and they'll just .. i dont know what they'll think.. but nothing good. and it's driving me a little crazy. because well this thought alone is crazy. and not moving back to my family makes me feel guilty. So you guys are the only ones that know about this! please give me advice. Ads |

I'm sorry, but you only " hung out" with this guy twice. He moved a way and doesn't reply to you. You need to get tough with yourself and when you find yourself thinking about him, train your brain to think of something you like.
I think you will only embarrass yourself if you give up your life for him and follow him. He's not interested or he would have written or called. Move on. Ads |

Pl. do. From here nobody will compel you or force you to change your present principled stand.
Good Q. |
