hello,
all meta tags that have "og:something" in them are for Facebook Open Graph , in order for Facebook to read them and show them with the right title . i.e. og:title , og:image , og:description etc etc the <title> meta tag is for the search engines to show the correct title... both are needed but i would suggest you to use a little bit different titles and not exactly the same. Hope i've helped Ads |

The first one is the code recognized by other platforms using open graph such as Facebook. The second one is for the search engine crawlers and is a standard element of an HTML for a certain website.
