How do I unlock my local internet connection so others can use it(Windows XP)?
My local internet connection is lock so no one can use it. But I had just bought an XBOX 360 and my ethernet cable is too short to connect to my main computer. So, I'm going to use my laptop to connect to XBOX LIVE. I have it all connected, but my main computer won't let me connect to the local connection because it is locked. How do I unlock it? I have Windows XP!

Internet Connection Sharing - it's a standard feature in Windows. You need to open the network connections and select the properties of your internet connection. The easy way to find it is enter 'Internet Connection Sharing' under help and follow the prompts.
