Is it odd that my friend "Hides her Friendlist" on facebook? It only shows mutual friends..?

I met this girl recently and she is really nice, but when I looked at her facebook, I noticed it only shows us the mutual friends we both have. I can't see how many "Friends" on facebook she has in total. She recently changed her profile picture and it got "7 likes", but I can't tell if she is popular or not, because since I can't see how many friends she has, 7 could be alot or could me a small amount.

The number of facebook friends is not linked to popularity. The more FB friends someone has, the more I feel sorry for them.
