So basically I sold something on eBay some dude bought it and then he hadn received it right away so he opened a case and then be got it but doesn't know how to close the case? Help I have until tomorrow! And I asked him and he says he can't cause it says its been refunded but he has the item! What do I do?!

All he has to do is go into the case and click a button that says "item received" and then he can pay you again. Or you can just call ebay and they will tell you what to do.
