What should I blog about?
I want to start a "blog", just something I can write on everyday. Iv'e depressed and only getting worse for 3 years now and I need something to keep me happy and busy. I love to write but I don't know what to write about. I don't even know if i'll make the "blog" public until I think it's ready and people will like it. I could write reviews, advice, stories, experiences. What kind of things would you be interested in?
Could you guys be a little more specific? Just things that I can start with until I get the hang of it.

I like music blogs and advice and stories. But I find that blogs are usually successful when you blog about things you love.

Hi! I started a blog last year in March, and it's a really good thing to do. I personally blog about beauty and fashion, because I have a real interest in those two things. However, you can blog about anything! Just find something you're really interested in, and wouldn't mind writing about. So, for instance say you loved fashion, you could write about fashion trends and your favourite outfits etc. Of course it's up to you though, and I think an advice column would be great for people struggling with depression also, as having someone that has gone through the same thing would probably make it a lot easier. Also, you don't necessarily have to make your blog public! I started blogging last March and only made my blog public this year. People will just come across it, and if they like your content they'll have a read. However, if you want to become public twitter is the way to go! I recommend blogging positively, as it will make you feel better and more people are likely to read it Smile

alexandrabeauty12.blogspot.co.uk is my blog, maybe you can find some inspiration? Smile

Just email me if you have any questions because I am happy to help Smile

You could write about anything, your blog doesn't have to be specific. As long as the readers can relate to you (style, life, feelings) then there's no problem. I'm interested in landmarks and street food. Also, OOTD's, makeup looks, books, movies, YouTube, League of Legends, K-pop, J-pop/rock, music, poetry, and etc. You don't have to limit yourself. you can organize your blog with sections like: Music, Poetry, What's going on in my life, Reactions, etc.
