How do I contact Urbanspoon?

Honestly, this website has to have some of the worst customer support I have ever seen.

Is there any way to contact these people directly? My restaurant had an 82% rating with 112 votes, literally about 24 hours ago.

I log on today to see if there are any new reviews/ratings, and it's dropped down to 74% with 84 votes. It's like Urbanspoon has literally taken off 30 votes for no reason.

It's infuriating. Is there a number they have to call? I tried emailing and suggested that they return the votes back to how it was. I didn't get an email back, although I had seen the restaurant dropped down to 73% with 82 votes.

They are literally just taking away votes. Does anyone have a similar experience with this or how I can solve it?
It's such bad reputation for business, anyone with a restaurant would understand :\
