Tell her that you mean the world to her and that if she left you you'd be lost, tell her that she's worth it, not just that but give her a list of reasons, the people around that would miss her, a list. the things she could do with her life, who she could help.
That tomorrow might be the day that she finds her reason for living and if she quits now, she'll never find it, you only fail once you give up, if you keep trying there is always a chance you will succeed, if you are close to her, see if you could go and talk to her in person, get all your friends to make a massive card with personal notes on it and give it to her.
It's really important you're specific because people who are this depressed can't think straight and are blinded by negative emotion.
She may also just be wanting a friend to tell her she's worth something because she has felt so low, either way whether she means it or not, always take it seriously because it's better to be safe than sorry.
You really just need to be there for her and make sure she is okay and knows how much she means to you.
