How to Speed Up my internet connection in windows 7?
i have one Lenova Laptop with 3 GB RAM and 1GB Graphic and 600 GB Hardisk. I am using Etisalat internet connection with a speed of 512KBPS. when using my Laptop internet is very slow compared to my old Desktop. could you please advice me how to speed up my Laptop intenet speed.

Upgrading your wireless router may help, it sounds like its sending out a weak signal.

This is a very slow connection to start with. It will slow down a connection from any machine. You would need to subscribe to a wider bandwidth connection.

You could try downloading these programs: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari to boost internet browsing speed. or update your internet connection.

A wider bandwidth connection is necessary.
Besides, you should clean up the temporary files in your computer.
Reset your router to have a try.
