Listia made my address (shipping address) pending when I win item. what does it mean?

the same moment with PENDING signal, Listia staff got informed or alerted by the shipping address

then they would find around all listia typed shipping address list. to find if your address is used on another listia member

if found.......ALL PEOPLE SUSPENDED, this is a.k.a. "Listia.com same shipping address suspension"
