How can I allow my toddler to meet a dog?

I was going to suggest the reading to dogs programs that many libraries have. Therapy dogs come in - these are dogs that have been temperament -tested and love children. See if your library had this program. You can also post on FB to see if there are any people who own therapy dogs who would be wiling to allow your daughter to see the dogs. These are the safest dogs to be around,they go to hospitals,schools,nursing homes,etc.
