It's easy my friend!
I'll tell you step by step how to change your primary email address on facebook.

Step One -
Login to your facebook

Step Two -
At the top of the page to your right side you will find a small icon that looks like a wheel with teeth. Click this icon.

Third step -
In the small menu that opened up click the "settings" option.

Step Four -
Now on this new page you will see your account data, right? Find the third element "EMAIL" and click edit.

Step Five -
Now you see details on your email.
The first line says "Primary email: yourname@email.com", right? And this is the email that you no longer want to use.
Below that is a small link "Add another email address", click it.

Sixth step -
Now enter the new email address for your account.
Enter your password in the "Password" and click the "Save Changes" button.

Seventh step -
Click again on "edit" in the category "Email". You can see that the new e-mail has been added, but needs confirmation.

Eighth step -
Go to your new email and wait for the confirmation email and Facebook reach. After arriving you must click on the confirmation link. Go back to facebook.

Ninth step -
Remember the page where you made the whole process? Just update it.
Now just change the option primary email, you can see that you now have two e-mails, check the box of the email you want to page. Enter your password and "save changes" again. You can delete the old email list emails if you want.

Now you can leave your facebook and login with your new email.
I really hope I helped!
Sorry for the huge text.
