I keep getting pop ups?

I keep getting pop ups on my computer.
i use google chrome but just last week ive seem to get an insane amount of popups on sits i know are safe, like my school website.
how can i get rid of them??

its not an extension thing with chrome because i dont download extensions.
i have no idea what else it could be.
i think i could have downloaded something that could have given me this crap. on internet explore i dont get like the msn homepage i get this website: http://search.conduit.com/?ctid=CT332373...75C1&SSPV=

go to control panel and program add/remove.
Please remove conduit on the list

This conduit thing downloads by itself ,I got it also,need to uninstall the app search protect from your control panel/add remove programs

To remove Conduit, use AdwCleaner and Junkware removal tool. Then Malwarebytes Antimalware.

That is malware. Download spybot from search and destroy. Run it in admin and should remove it or alternatively in safemode.
