Buying a domain name?

If I buy a domain name from somebody, and he push the domain name to me, after I make the accept can he recover the domain (fraud me)?

no. but pay by paypal or escrow.com, especially the later if it is a large $$ purchase

make sure that you are getting value, by that I mean if you are buying for PR that can be faked or manipulated. check to make sure it is everything it should be
