If it's the ENTIRE YouTube page (and also any other internet page), then it's probably
your screen brightness.  Try pressing both "Fn" and the "left arrow" at the same time, in order to lower the brightness.  If it's just the YouTube Flash player itself, then.... A wonky display such as yours means your Cache, Memory, or Page Filing are filled and can't take any more, especially if you've viewed a lot of vids.   Simply delete your Cache, Cookies and History; then clear your Memory with a shutdown & fresh reboot. Afterwards, you'll freak at how good and trouble-free your YouTube will be. Other possibilities + solutions: -- Right-click any video, click "Settings" and uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration". -- Disable any Adblock add-on, play a video; then re-enable the Adblock the next day. -- You might have a conflict with another player, (Chrome Pepperflash or Real Player).    If that's the case, disable/uninstall it, and when you'd like it back, simply reinstall it. -- You may unknowingly be using ''HTML5'' rather than "Flash''. To be sure, click here    http://www.youtube.com/html5 and opt out. :-) |
