39 some of them where from this one chatroom that a fight broke out and caused the chatroom to die out so i blocked them so that they can't answer my questions or send emails and the rest are random trolls

Zero on both counts, because I don't believe in blocking people. I'd rather ignore them. I MIGHT eventually block someone in an extreme circumstance if they were posting so much to my page that it made it impossible for me to proceed normally, but otherwise, no.
