In Europe yes its possible. In USA average is about 5 Megabytes.
The highest in my area is 7 Megabytes.
You can get 20mbps easily that's only about 2.5 megabytes(MBps)

Google fiber is only available in 3 cities in the USA as of right now.

To clear things up, there is a difference between Mbps and MB/s. Mbps stands for Megabits (not bytes) per second. MB/s stands for Megabytes per second. There are 8 bits in a byte. Network/internet speed is measured in bits. You can convert one to the other by multiplying/dividing by 8. So 20mbps is actually 2.5MB/s.
