Why does everyone make a big deal about hitting women?

I agree, people shouldn't make a bigger deal out of a woman being hit than a man being hit, but the double standard stays strong.

I am sure some women on your fb make posts showing them working out, however I highly doubt any of them are benching even close to 209 pounds for even 1 rep, many female powerlifters at the highest level struggle to get into that sort of weight on bench press.


Your bench press does not reflect your fighting ability, claiming women can defend themselves against men is naive and stupid, most women, even with a wealth of training will struggle to defeat a man in a fight, 9/10 he will win unless she is a competitive fighter.
