so im at a university and i was selling tickets to a school event on a facebook group designed to assist people in buying/selling tickets. i ended up selling it to a girl who gave me her phone number so that we could meet up. when she picked it up, i was attracted to her but we did not talk after that, we each just went our own ways. now that i have her number, i kind of want to give it a shot. what would i say? or should i just move on because it would be kinda weird to text out of the blue? thanks!
she gave me her number so that we could find eachother and exchange tickets so thats not really a sign, but not a bad thing, just a null point

I say text message her once, the worst that could happen is she doesn't remember you and says no.

Life is all about risks vs rewards, if you feel that the reward of her going out/hanging out with you sometime outweighs the risk of her not remembering you go for it!

A nice opening line would be, "Hey I sold you a ticket around "time frame" to "event" you seemed like a really interesting person and I was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime and get to know each other better? "
