How long should I wait to add another person on Facebook without getting a captcha?

I was adding people in this group and I got blocked for two days.
I still want to add them all but what do I do next time if I don't want to be blocked?

you dont understand how facebook works

if you add people that you dont know, they usually flag you as someone they dont know, which then suspends your ability to add any more people

stop adding strangers unless you are sure they are ok with it
