Should I do this or forget it?

So three weeks ago I messaged a guy on this dating site saying "Hey how are?" and he said "Hey Im good, just busy with work and then school starts in late September." I responded with "Oh busy huh? Is that a blow off hahaha? Anyways I was wondering if you wanted to hang out or maybe you only like blondes?" He didn't respond and then I deleted that profile. I made a new one a day later and messaged "Hey I think I messaged you asking you to hang out and something else. So anyways, how's life?" and then he didn't get on for 3 weeks until this past Monday. He saw the message but didn't respond. I'm thinking of a final message saying "I'm never persistent with guys, but I saw we had alot in common and you seem like a decent guy so I'll try one last time. My name is _____ and you can find me on Facebook if you want." Should I or not?
I just won't do it. I told myself I'd delete it on Friday. I keep getting messages from guys that are very attractive but they don't seem to want anything substantial. Oh well, it's not meant to be. If I was meant to date him or even go on a first date with him then he'd have messaged me. Maybe the message I said asking him if he only liked blondes was stupid.

Personally I wouldn't send the last message. If you're anything like me tho when people give you advice you end up doing what YOU want to do anyway. If you feel you should do it follow your gut but I would wait a while to see like you're also busy! Good luck!

trust me - just like the movie - if a guy is going after a girl, he will go to prison to meet her.
