How do you make them facebook groups?

Can someone please tell me how you make one of them join to see groups and the surveys? I know they're annoying but my friend passes away recently and we're making money for a charity which helped him through every step of the way. So we're adding surveys and doing all we can to raise money.

2. At the bottom, it will say, Create a page for a celebrity, band, or buisness.
