How to send a message to multiple people in Facebook?

For example, I want to send a message "Hi! How are you?" to many of my friends in facebook. How do I do that? Also, how can I make sure that the receiving person does not know that I have send the same message to other people? Let us say that I have 100 friends and I send the message to all 100, but none of them should know that I have send the message to a group. I think in the email it would be like a Bcc. I know in facebook there is an option to do group messages, but that is not what I want. The recipient should feel that this is a personal message, instead of a group message. Thanks for the help.
