I read they gonna start tracking web history for ads and some other things i disagree with. Do you think Facebook is gonna kill there brand?

Google tracks your browsing history for targeted ads, and it hasn't seemed to do them any harm.

I think it will go the way of myspace.

My reason though is that it's not friendly to businesses and if it doesn't work for businesses they will just ship as soon as there is anothre alternative.
