First of all, Douchebags only attract girls with no self respect.
smart,kind "nice" guys attract intelligent,respectable women.

You must be meeting the wrong kind of girls. Why in the world would you want to pretend to be someone so totally fake? You really want to attract girls who like douchebags? Flirty, confident, guys who also have a kind heart are so much hotter that guys who treat women like objects. Don't change your basic personality. Just be more self-confident and outgoing. But stay a nice guy!
