I don't fully understand your question. Just because your privacy settings is set to private, doesn't mean you should be unable to log in. If you mean you just need to check the email you used to sign up, ask a friend to look at your profile and tell you. Then when you find out, just click "Forgot Password" and things should go smoothly from there.
