LOL if those are the rules you want to take then no it isnt illegal at all, but it can sometimes get serious IF you star harrassing and bullying someone (but as you say in your description you won't) and the person uve harrased may take it serious enough to inform the police, so be careful because the police can track you down.

But if you account is fake and u dont harrass anyone, and dont upload any pics of people, the police won't care, so Don't You Worry Child.

No it's not illegal and the police don't care if you made a fake facebook. As long as you aren't harassing or cyber bullying anyone with the account it doesn't matter.

If the fake facebook account is made just to defame, harass or abuse others, it is illegal. Eg: Fake facebook account of celebrities, actors, sportsmen, politicians, etc. Fake facebook accounts decreases trustworthyness. Such accounts should be suspended or blocked.

what makes it illegal is when you claim that you are actually that real person, that's identity theft

It is not the kind of illegal thing that a police will care until you do some actual illegal thing with the account. But it is a violation of Facebook terms & conditions, & if they find out about your fake account it will get penalized.

it's against Facebook's terms but it's not illegal if you are not using another person's name or photos or not using the account to harass or bully people or con them out of money

If you set up an account with a fake name, pictures you took yourself (or no pictures) then you are not breaking any laws

It's illegal if you use another person's name and/or photos (copyright infringement, identity theft, invasion of privacy, impersonation) or you are using a fake account to harass, bully or stalk someone
