Would you apologize to someone if you knew that you made them feel upset?
When I was in high school, I remembered that I once confronted a male classmate that I have been classmates for a long time and I remembered that after I confronted him about making fun of me when I was sitting in front of him that he started to give me angry looks the end of semester 1 and throughout semester 2 when I was in the hallways. Every time I see him, I felt bad and I sent a message of apology that said, "I'm sorry if I ever made you feel upset about anything that I said or did to you." I sent the message on facebook (he didn't even accept my friend request) on the last day of highschool. Did I do the right thing or shouldn't I have not sent the letter? Thank you for taking time to answer my question.
He responded saying thank you don't even worry about it.

Honestly? You did the right thing, I wouldn't have apologized but since you did, I wouldn't force the apology. It's up to him to either realize he was in the wrong too and except your apology or sit and live with the guilt. Either way, I'd let it go until you get a response. Everyone has a reason for their actions but it's not up to you to feel bad. Maybe that is what he wants and gets some sort of sick pleasure from hurting people's feelings. Chill out and get a smoothie or something. Smile

If anything: I would "pat myself on the back" because you confronted some1 that was making fun of you. Now, it's years later and he's still "Butt-Hurt" (LMFAO)about it. A lot of ppl can dish it out, but can't take it. Buy yourself something nice & keep it Movin. What did you say?? Did you say: Hey, your breath smell like u been giving blow-jobs to homeless men for bus fare?? Or did you say: Your father must've forgot to molest you this morning: Is that why u making fun of me??

He probably doesn't know what yr talking about. Don't worry about it. You confronted him because he made fun of you anyway. He's the one who should apologise. Im like that, I worry unnecessarily..... Big Grin
